At Overseas Friendship International Hospital, we strive to make your experience seamless, whether you have health insurance or not.

For Insured Patients

If you have health or travel insurance, our dedicated Insurance Department will coordinate directly with your insurance provider to facilitate claims processing. We can also send claims directly to you, as per your preference.

For Uninsured Patients

If you don’t have insurance, we encourage you to contact our International Patient Department (IPD) for assistance. They will verify the charges for your visits and provide an estimate for any services not yet reflected in your billing record.

Billing and Payment

For any inquiries regarding charges, payments, or other billing-related matters, our team is here to help. At the conclusion of your treatment, we kindly request that all outstanding balances be settled in full.
